Widgeon Plans

Plans include full size templates and a excellent instruction book. You will need to purchase the building materials separately. The widgeon is 14ft long x 24 in wide.

Stitch and Glue Plans utilize plywood panels for both the hull and the deck. The plans come with a detailed instuction book. Estimated build time is 40 - 80 hours.

Widgeon Kits

All kits are for stitch and glue construction.

Complete kits produced for us by Chesapeake Light Craft include precision cut and drilled Okoume plywood panels, plywood bulkheads, copper wire for stitching, fiberglass tape and cloth, MAS epoxywith calibrated pumps, fillers and thickeners, Squeegees, rollers, foam for seats, wooden footbraces, deck line and deck fittings , cockpit and hatch combing material.
